About Me
The short version
I'm an entrepreneur and technologist who builds products at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and product strategy. Over the past 8+ years, I've gone from early-stage startup operator to founding my own companies — always with a bias toward shipping and learning.
Currently, I'm building Pneuma Health — a direct-to-consumer telehealth platform making sleep apnea diagnosis accessible and affordable — and AdkinsLabs, my personal innovation lab where I experiment with AI-powered products and automation.
I'm most energized when I'm wearing multiple hats: writing product specs in the morning, coding features in the afternoon, and analyzing growth metrics in the evening. I believe the best leaders in the agentic era are those who can think strategically and build technically.
