About Me
The short version
I'm a solo founder-engineer. I take products from idea to revenue on my own: the clinical workflow, the data model, the billing, the marketing site, the ops console. AI-augmented development lets one person run at small-team pace — 28 projects and 2,200+ commits so far, eight of them live.
Right now that means Prepline (a ratings engine and paper sportsbook for 1,328 high-school football programs), Thai Health Tourism Macro (B2B post-operative remote monitoring for Thai hospitals), Pneuma Health (direct-to-consumer sleep-apnea telehealth with an RPM vertical), Caffinate (an open-source AI-workflow marketplace), and Grovefund (education savings backed by brand sponsorships) — all operated under AdkinsLabs.
Healthcare is the through-line: respiratory and sleep medicine, remote monitoring, and the billing rails that make care sustainable. I believe the best leaders in the agentic era are those who can think strategically and build technically.

High-school football ratings engine and simulation-only paper sportsbook covering 1,328 schools. Built to become the data layer for prep football — sponsorship, engine licensing, and a seed raise in progress.
- Designed Elo/Glicko rating system and possession-based score simulator calibrated to real football's key-number distribution
- Built a college-rules sportsbook layer — tick-grid odds, joint-distribution parlay pricing, LMSR risk limits, closing-line value — with AST-level compliance tests that block any money primitive
- Shipped /matchup: price any two schools from a shareable link, with the verdict carried in the Open Graph card
- Stood up authenticated contributor and reviewer roles so verified coaches can submit real results; real facts are always shown apart from simulated ones
- 1,796 backend tests; weekly rating rebuilds on Railway cron; separate staging and production environments
- Authored an 18-slide seed deck for a $235k raise; milestone is 100 of 249 Texas 6A programs

Open-source (MIT) app store for AI workflows: build, fork, and monetize workflows, backed by a distributed compute grid and $CAFF token rewards. Designed and engineered the entire platform solo — product, architecture, and every line of the monorepo. Marketplace fees and token economics are the revenue model.
- 1,200-commit monorepo spanning a creator terminal, no-code workflow builder with multi-step execution engine, and native desktop (Tauri), mobile (React Native), and web clients
- Express + Drizzle/Prisma API on PostgreSQL with Redis + BullMQ queues, usage-based billing, and on-chain settlement scaffolding on Solana
- Designed token allocation, vesting, and anti-farm economic invariants; simulated treasury sustainability before launch
- Built the operator console (Caffinate Ops Hub), a browser game hub (Arcade), and a compute-farming demo (Roast) on the same platform
